1. Put It on Paper. Before bed, write a short list of what you’re thankful for that day. Maybe it’s your favorite T-shirt, your dog’s snuggles, and the tacos you had for lunch.
2. Text Your Friends. Tell them why they’re important to you. Do they always make you laugh? Are they good listeners?
3. Volunteer. Pick up trash in your neighborhood. Donate old blankets to an animal shelter. Showing your community you care can feel amazing.
